Click on the feedback you want to assign and select \u2018Assign\u2019. In the Bucket, you can see the status of the feedback. You will receive an email when feedback is assigned to you.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"317\" data-end=\"562\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Next, go to the Closed Loop Feedback Callboard. Here, you can open the feedback and view its details. You can call or email the customer to follow up. You can also add a note if needed.
