The term itself is self-explanatory: you close the loop. The loop? Yes! It consists of asking for feedback, receiving the feedback, and providing a response. When you have completed all the steps, you have closed the loop. In Closed Loop Feedback, the explanations in written feedback are key.<\/p>\n<p>Fortunately, you don&#8217;t have to provide feedback to everyone. Sometimes it is enough to send a thank you with a message that you will work on the areas for improvement. Our advice: respond to ALL feedback! They take the time to help you, the least you can do is respond.<\/p>\n<h2>Getting Started with CLF in Focus Feedback<\/h2>\n<p>With Focus Feedback, you can effectively implement Closed Loop Feedback. We have developed a module that allows you to follow up on feedback in an organized manner. You can assign feedback to colleagues, add comments to feedback, tag or mark feedback, and indicate the stage of follow-up the feedback is in (to do, in progress, or done). Everything is set up to close the loop.<\/p>\n<p>During the follow-up, listen to the motivations of your feedback provider, make sure they feel heard, and truly listen to what they have to say. Then, you can work together towards a solution. If a solution is not possible, clearly explain why.
