Wow! Has it been 10 years already?! It feels like yesterday that the first NPS survey was sent for BSH. Now -10 years later- we have something to celebrate! The countless smiles on the faces of BSH customers! There is a reason why BSH says: ‘we make people smile’. Because they do!
So far 25 million surveys have been sent to BSH customers all over the world. If we would have printed all the feedback BSH has received in the last decade and overlaid it, we would reach the height of more than two times the Eiffel Tower. Can you imagine what we have saved in trees with online surveys instead of the old paper surveys? We calculated it for you: to be precise 1125 trees. Or 33.750 kg of paper – that’s the weight of more than 800 Siemens washer dryers!
In 5 years, with this pace, 80 million BSH customers will be surveyed. That’s a whole lot more promoters and smiles as well! We hope that we can continue this great collaboration for a long time. We’re looking forward to the future with more enthusiasm, more fans and more promoters.
